Gaining Experience
As a visual communications officer, I have an opportunity to expand my knowledge and skills in the graphic design area. DHL is the global market leader in the logistics industry. I work closely with the general manager for one of the DHL sites in West Midlands as I am the only one responsible for all visual communications. This position is great for building skills and learning to work in a fast-paced environment. The responsibilities are to create visualisations such as posters, videos, brochures and leaflets. Target audience is from around the world, with different backgrounds, age and gender. For all visualisations, the colour scheme is the same: yellow, red, grey, black and white. I am trying to experiment and to keep my style as much as possible.
